o Brillo del Alma, es una bella canción compuesta por
el cantante, guitarrista y compositor norteamericano Warren Haynes, aprendiz del indiscutido Dickey Betts -alumno, a su vez, de Duan Allman-
de extensa trayectoria: destaca por su participación incondicional en
The Allman Brothers Band desde el año 1989 al presente y
por la gestación de Goverment Mule proyecto en paralelo que,
bajo la forma de Jam Band y power trío, dió lugar a un nuevo estilo o subgénero bautizado por melómanos entendidos como "Power Blues" fusión de viejas piezas de raíz como el blues, el country o el southern rock
con elementos más actuales como el heavy metal o, incluso, el regee;
confiriéndole, al mismo tiempo, un timbre más grave, denso y pesado
manteniendo un sonido muy particular: preciso, compacto y contundente.

"Soulshine" fue grabada por primera vez en el año 1994
en el Disco Where It All Begins
excelente disco que, por su clasicismo e intensidad, merece ser escuchado

llenando las copas con un buen Malbec mendozino
de igual intensidad en notas de mora y ciruela, con dejos a especias,

paladar carnoso, taninos firmes y abundates, aunque bien dulzones

por el intenso sabor frutado y el perfil clásico de este varietal

por la fuerza y la espiritualidad de esta canción
